Claim-level evidence sampling for the CMS Payment Error Rate Measurement program (17-state rotating cycle) — 42 CFR Part 431 Subpart Q.

Status: stub (Phase 3)

v1 captures the surface area. In production this page will:

  • Pull the CMS-provided sampling frame for the state’s PERM measurement year.
  • Extract supporting documentation (claim records, prior auths, eligibility files) per sampled claim.
  • Package the response in the CMS-required structure (PERM+ XML / CMS-R-285).
  • Log the production date and tracking ID against an internal audit row.
