RAC Coordination

Recovery Audit Contractor finding intake and de-duplication against own cases — required by 42 CFR Part 455 Subpart F.

Status: stub (Phase 3)

v1 captures the integration surface area. In production this page will:

Ingest RAC findings (CSV / X12 835 remits / state portal feed) into a holding table.
De-duplicate every RAC finding against open Cases by NPI + claim window so the MFCU and the RAC do not pursue the same claims.
Emit the quarterly RAC coordination report due to CMS under §455.508.
Push de-duped findings into the Cases table as new leads where no overlap exists.
